Cancellation policy

Note: We can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including tags and/or price labels.
  • It must be in its original condition, without any signs of use.
  • The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

If the returned item does not meet any of the three requirements listed above, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Once we receive and approve your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The sender is always responsible for the return shipping. Therefore, it may be helpful to include a tracking code with your package.

Would you like to exchange or return an order? Please send us a message stating the reason for the return/exchange. We will be happy to assist you as soon as possible during our business hours.

If you do not like the product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
